[Resolved] Cinepolis India — Amount deduction against movie booking but money not refunded | |||||
Dear sir This is to inform you that i have booked a movie bahubali 2 (Location-kolkata) ticket from cinepolis site and payment is made through paytm account. But on cinepolis site is being shown that due to web failure, the booking isn' t confirmed. Hence payment is successfull from paytm transaction but no booking confirmation received on my mail. Its been 1 month now amount rs 740 not added to my paytm account. I have sended a mail to cinepolis support team but till date no update receive till now, they are just saying we will look into the matter and update you and they dont have any centralised number when i asked for any contact number. So this is to inform you that whenever there is site problem, consumers like us face such problem, amount deducted but till date no such refund made. This falls into a criminal category for stealing consumers money. I expect justice in this forum Details of my transaction given below:- Deatils of my payment Paid for order Cinepolis india private l order #54339 Paytm cash txn id [protected] [protected]:18:05 am Paytm custumer care told me by sending mail that as confirmed by the merchant cinepolis india private l your transaction under order [protected] was successful from our end. They requested me to kindly contact the merchant cinepolis india private l customer care team for the order confirmation. In case, cinepolis india private l denies the transaction/payment, kindly share the consent mail with us from the merchant end against the failure transaction.
