[Resolved] Cinepolis India — amount not refunded | |||||
I am amareswar sahoo, want to booked a movie ticket at cinepolis bhubaneswar. I tried to book the ticket online and payment mode was through ph pay. My first transaction id was p1812231554013151646936 which was hanged and ticket was also not confirmed. So i tried once more the transaction id was p1812231554351094753380 it was successful but the ticket was not generated.in both the case my amount was of 670/-was debited from my account. I have raised a complain to ph pay customer care they informed me the transaction was successful from their end. So i went to cinepolis and the counter person informed me the amount will be credited by 3 working days. Now already 8 days passed and i am very mush harassed by the false commitment by cinepolis..
