[Resolved] Cinepolis India — app says transaction failed but money debited from card | |||
Booked 2 tickets of movie chichhore for cinepolis westend mall pune for 2.30 pm saturday[protected] using ur app. After payment got transaction failed error but money was debited from my card. Kindly provide me tickets or refund as ur app doesn't show the tickets even when money got debited from my card. Let me know where and whom to reach as well. Was this information helpful? | |||
