[Resolved] Cinepolis India — bad behaviour by staff | |||||
Staff at cinepolis bhandup mumbai misbehavef with my husband and son when they asked to serve order promptly during interval when there was zero queue at the counter. Kapil, deepak, amit are the employees. We went to watch movie 7.45 pm show 10th nov. They were rude and instead of apologizing, making amends to rectify services they insulted and misbehaved with my family. A pathetic experience of service by this staff.
