[Resolved] Cinepolis India — bank debit card debited but tickets not received | |||||
I booked my movie tickets for film October using my yes bank debit card to use the yes bank 50 off offer. I reached the confirmation page which asked me to print it. But I'm not able to and I have'nt received any email confirmation either. there is no customer care or any platform to complain about this. Please issue my tickets or refund my money back asap.
