[Resolved] Cinepolis India — booked ticket payment made but not received ticket | |||
I booked 2 vip tickets in cinepolis theater bhandup west magnet mall for 10 00 am show of 6th may 2018. Problem is i have booked the ticket and payment made is deducted from my bank account but i didnt recieve any itenary of booking. Please help me with this concern as my amount 330 is deducted but no ticket received. Exact time transaction made or payment made: 6 45 pm on 5th may 2018 Seat selected: 2 vip seat j2 & j12 Boi - rs 330 has been debited to your ac * from pos-cinepolis india priv on 05-05-18.
