[Resolved] Cinepolis India — booking failed. money was deducted from my account. did not receive tickets | |
I booked a show of 6.15 p. M at cinemastar on 19th oct 2018. I made the payment online via debit card. Amount of 410 was deducted from my account but i did not receive my m ticket. The web page keeps flashing that the site must be temporarily down. I need a refund for the same at the earliest. Kindly look into the matter and resolve it. Thank you. Waiting for a prompt response.
