[Resolved] Cinepolis India — charged for a booking but not received the tickets | |
I made a booking for a movie at cinepolis world trade park jaipur using the official cinepolis website. Due to some technical error my tickets weren't booked but i was charged for the same. The tickets were booked in the name of aditi lodha Email id: [protected]@gmail.com I have not received any booking confirmation or any sort of correspondence from cinepolis.
