My cinepolis points are redeemed in transaction but ticket not booked so please return my balance point of Rs.75 because transaction failed. Please credit my points back to my number or my bookmyshow wallet. Please return my Cinepolis points of Rs.75 return to my account because I didn't make successful transaction.
