[Resolved] Cinepolis India — Deficiency in Service | |||
I had booked two tickets( Seats : Executive- K5 & K6 Audi 1) for The Boss Baby English (3D) at Cinepolis Royal Meenakshy Mall Bengaluru for 4:20 PM show on 12.04.2017 with the Booking ID : CP[protected] and the Trasaction ID : [protected] with an order total of Rs. 517.48/- through my paytm account . As i reached the venue i could not find Audi 1, on asking staff there one said its under renovation thereby wasting my time on searching for the audi1 and got to know that it is renovated and movie is playing. a small computer print out board was kept outside the hall which was hardly visible and unfortunately the thin board had fallen down and we kept searching for the hall.Though the staff apologized for the inconvenience caused to us we were 20 mins late for the movie by then. Reached cinema Hall finally only to find that there are nobody to give 3D glasses and we could not find the glasses on the table available there either. again had to come out and search for a staff to provide us with glasses. The guy asked us to wait while he gets the glasses. he took 10 mins to come with glasses and that too unsealed, used and dirty glasses. upon asking why is he giving such glasses he said there are no fresh & cleaned glasses and if we don't take these we would have to watch the movie without the 3D glasses. he was rude in telling this. Hence 40 mins of our time was wasted and half of the movie was over by the time we settled in our seats due to inconvenience caused to us from your end by not putting board for Audi number, no proper information available with the staff with regard to basic queries, no trained staff and no manager on floor when asked for the manager for help. As we missed half of the movie though we watched the other half we could not understand the movie which really disappointed us and caused lots of inconvenience to us. hence i request you to refund my money paid for this particular movie.
