[Resolved]  Cinepolis India — fund deducted twice, tickets not issued, no refunds

I was attempting to book 2 tickets for the movie "Tiger Zinda Hai" on 02/01/18 from the cinepolis website online. The transaction did not complete twice and tickets were not issued. But later when I checked my account, the funds were deducted twice. Please do the needful to get me my refund. The booking was attempted in the Patron name Abhijeet Raha for the 7:45pm show on 02/01/18 at the Guwahati Cinepolis for the movie Tiger Zinda Hai.
