[Resolved] Cinepolis India — haven't got the ticket but money deducted

This is one of the worst experience with Cinepolis..I have booked 4 ticket for today's show, Money got deducted from my bank account but I haven't got the ticket ..The worst thing cinepolis, don't have any customer care and they don't respond the mail ...So it seems they are doing fraud with customer ...

Updated by Debraj Ghosh Hi Team, It has not resolved ..Even after sending multiple mail to cinepolis team they are not replying back 1650 Rs stuck they are not returning it is more than one month..
