[Resolved] Cinepolis India — I'm complaining about subject related to movie tickets | |||
I wanted to book a 3d movie ticket for the movie padmavat but by mistake i asked for 9:30 show so the ticket distributor operating at cinepolis v3s mall laxmi nagar provided me with 2d ticket (Indeed i hadn't asked for 3d movie tickets but also i didn't mentioned for 2d movie tickets moreover the operator doesn't provided us information regarding tickets). However the 2d movie tickets for padmavat was booked. Then i asked operator to help us by exchanging tickets to 3d movie tickets but he denied & provided us with the option to wait till tommrow morning if some seats would be available till tommrow he will provide us. But issue is we wanted 3d tickets & he didn't exchanged it. I'm really dissatisfied with your service. I hope you would be able to help us & come with positive changes in your system.
