[Resolved] Cinepolis India — in complete service and unethical behaviour by you employee

Sir i am shashank jajodia residing in hyderabad i had visited cinepolis sudha talkies in old city lal darwaza. During the start of movie badla in audi 3 4:15 pm show on 10/3/19 i ordered a cheese toast combo which comprises 1 cheese toast and 2 cool drinks and while placing the order i particularly told them to get the cool drink along with the toast but they served me only toast and not the drink..in the interval i told one of the service woman that i have ordered for the combo which i was not served propely. I told her to enquire with the delivery boy and check what mistake happend.. She told she will check and fulfill the order and then i went back in the audi ones the movie started your delivery man came and asked me if he served the toast i told him yes u did serve but u did not serve the drink along with it becoz of which i did not have the toast completely but he started arguing with me and asked me where the left out toast was in the theatre itself i told him to do what ever he wish to and if anything we will talk after the movie as i didnt want to get interrupted but he did not stop and argued so i told him to come out and we talk after that i did not speak to him and told your manager about his behaviour i was upset becoz for such a petty thing i had to miss my movie and go with the person and most importantly for the mistake of your employee and not mine... He would have just served me the drink and apologised for not serving the order together on time... And last but not the least i was leaving the theatre without watching the full movie but my mother told to let go and so we decided to watch the movie completely... After so much of nuisance your manager dint have a little courtesy of serving me a cool drink which i was not served and neither did he refund the amount... You can watch the cctv footage if needed and your person also did accept later on ki hi did not serve the drink... I just want to tell you even though your person made a mistake and i had to waiste the food and money because of his mistake no action was taken... I kindly request you to take action against the theatre and management for the negligence of you need i have the bill which i ordered and you can see the cctv footage and you will come to know what happened
