[Resolved] Cinepolis India — loyalty points not added to the account after purchase | |||
Today i purchased two 4 tickets for the show 'incredibles 2' showtime is 08:05pm sunday 24/06/2018 from cinepolis lake mall, kolkata. The tickets worth rs.600 which i payed through debit card and i provided my registered phone number that is [protected] for loyalty points. The attendant said that he has updated the details on the system. After returning home when i checked my account of cinepolis club i found that the points have not been provided to me. The inv no:132478 and the ticket no:007235, 007236, 007237, 007238. Please look into this matter with urgency and grant me my eligible loyalty points. Thank you Sourav koley E-mail id: koley.
