[Resolved] Cinepolis India — money debited account but no ticket confirmation.

I booked 4 tickets at the cinepolis website for 9.30 show at Orion east cinepolis in Bangalore.
My money got debited from the bank account n part of it from paytm account. However the ticket confirmation from the website was not given.
I haven't received any clarifications or credit back to my account or any email or msg clearing this issue. I don't even know if I should re book the tickets or wait for a confirmation.
There is no customer care whom we can connect with. Pls help
