[Resolved]  Cinepolis India — money debited but ticket confirmation not received.

I have booked the tickets for "gultoo", eta mall bengaluru, 4 tickets today, 21/04/2018, through my credit card via cinepolis android app. My citibank credit card is debited for rs 720.00. I have not received the ticket confirmation. I lost the money. See the credit card transaction attached below. Please resolve this asap, refund the money and let me know.

This was never resolved untill I was on the verge of dragging Cinepolis to consumer court. I had all the legal papers ready. Then they bowed down and thought of resolving this issue. Guys never leave them how small amount may be. Take them to consumer court. They should learn lesson. It was so frustrating dealing with Cinepolis for so many days. They were never pro-active. Just think about small amounts of customers money adding and they make so much money.
