[Resolved] Cinepolis India — money debited but ticket confirmation not received. | |||||
I have booked the tickets for "gultoo", eta mall bengaluru, 4 tickets today, 21/04/2018, through my credit card via cinepolis android app. My citibank credit card is debited for rs 720.00. I have not received the ticket confirmation. I lost the money. See the credit card transaction attached below. Please resolve this asap, refund the money and let me know.
