[Resolved] Cinepolis India — money deducted but no tickets!!!

I booked tickets for jurassic park for tomorrow at orion mall for tomorrow at 4.15 pm! The money has been deducted and there is no clue about my tickets as yet! And why don't you'll even have a customer care number??? What kind of fraud service is this where you'll take the money and don't even have a number one can call and enquire about it??? I should have booked my bookmyshow as always! I wasted my time and money and haven't even got my tickets! Such pathetic service! I want my refund asap!!!
