[Resolved] Cinepolis India — Money deducted but tickets not confirmed | |||||
I've booked three tickets for bahubali-2 (Telugu) at cinepolis, pvp square mall, vijayawada. The payment was done through the cinepolis website and after the process, the website prompted that the ticket booking process failed after payment. I did not receive any mails or messages from cinepolis. Show date: 28th april, friday. I lodged a complaint at state bank they told that the rr no:[protected], id no :[protected] is successful and processed to your merchant. For more details kindly contact your merchant.
