[Resolved] Cinepolis India — money deducted from my account but no ticket booked | |||
I tried to book 9 tickets for all my friends at viviana mall, thane. It was for the movie goodachari at 6.50 pm on 11th august. When the payment got completed an error was shown and money got deducted. There were no tickets booked. No notification came about what happened about the money. For such a large and respectful company such things should not happen and even if it happens there should be a notification about what happens!! Was this information helpful? | |||
