[Resolved] Cinepolis India — money deducted from my credit card but ticket not booked | |||
Dear Sir/Madam, On 20.12.2017, I tried ticketing through your website www.cinepolisindia.com for 23.12.2017 at Cinepolis, Central Mall, Guwahati for the movie "Tiger Zinda Hai", 1:00 p.m show. The ticket cost of Rs.940 was deducted from my credit card ending 0820 but no ticket nos were generated. I even tried the recover email confirmation option but it showed no booking against my email id. On 21.12.2017, I again booked 4 tickets for the same show as detailed above. Booking Id.95104. Therefore, I would like to request you to refund Rs.940 (first ticketing attempt on 20.12.2017) against which no booking no. etc was generated. Regards Semima Y Siraj ph no.
