[Resolved] Cinepolis India — money got deducted but didn't receive any confirmation | |||||
I purchased 2 tickets for 4th march 1:05pm through cinepolis app for cinepolis visakhapatnam theatre. Amount of ₹276 got deducted which i paid through upi phonepe. But i didn't receive any confirmation message or any tickets. Please look in to the issue soon as there is no time i had to book again. Please initiate the refund process asap.
