[Resolved] Cinepolis India — money taken from account but no tickets given | |||||
It is brought to your notice that i tried to book tickets for avengers infinity wars on 24th april 2018. The show time being 3:30 pm. An amount of ₹630 was taken from the bank account and no tickets were given. Apart from the fact that cinepolis is a reputed business firm, such issues are directly your responsibility. We will settle for nothing less than a refund or tickets for the time best suited to us. Disappointed as i am, i wish for a speedy reply and proper management of this rather foul even that has occurred.
