Dear admin. I am rohith. While i am booking four sarileru neekevvaru movie tickets for 15/1/2020 morning show at 10:00 a. M.in urban oasis mall, hubli cinepolis, the connection to cinipolis india website is broken after the money rs 780 is transferred. Money is transferred from the account and the m tickets are not delivered me. The transaction id is ici5f8bbdfe3802442e9adf234aad196fc3. I hereby attach the screenshot of the same.
