It's been more than 40 days since i raised a request for a refund yet the same has not yet been processed. Request you to process it on priority basis. I booked a show for Movie Tubelight 28th June 12:30 PM, was then moved to 12:50 PM show for technical issues..Its now 13:10 PM still the show hasn't started and they are still showing advertisements...Advertisements even after the National Anthem is being played...Please address this issue as it not the first time...
