[Resolved] Cinepolis India — not provided seats I want and misbehaved | |||
I went to box office of the cinepolis, chose the row and confirmed 8 tickets than the employe over there declined upfrontly and in very bad manner than i called the manager another guy claimed that he is manager and told the booking can not be done. I keep asking why? They keep forcing me to settle and behave in very rude manner. Please take prompt action. They want to sell the 2 tickets at lost of 8 tickets.
