Cinepolis India — not received tickets but money deducted | |||
I have purchased tickets for gold movie for 8th september of lake mall cinepolis, kolkata. Money has deducted from my bank of baroda bank account. But i have not received any tickets. I have purchased 3 tickets of 220×3=660/ through cinepolis app. Pls solve my issue & give me the tickets for tomorrow of gold movie at cinepolis lake mall, kolkata. As per Maharashtra state's new rule we are allowed to take outside food into theatre but, cinepolis is not allowing for the same. As a citizen i wish to know if they are correct or wrong. Please help me for the same.
