[Resolved] Cinepolis India — overpriced food | |||
1. There is no convenient entry to the theatre (Especially upper seats) for physically disabled people. My mother had leg injury. We found tough time to make her reach the top seat. 2. Why dont you allow home food especially for the ppl who fast or unable to have outside food. This makes the long time (3hr) seating experience very rediculous. 3. Why all the eateries inside are overcharged? Are customers there for exploitation on high prices and some times even unaffordable prices. For an instance, what is the logic of charging inr 200 for popcorn of worth inr50 or so. This is long time concern across all the cinemas. Please address this issue. Belive me, your sales will surge tremendously. We customers refrain from theatres only due to this single reason of being compelled to buy overpriced food inside cinemas. Please work on this.
