[Resolved] Cinepolis India — paid money but did not receive my tickets | |||
2 weeks ago i tried to book 5 tickets through your website and i paid the amount of 1355₹ through paytm wallet. I got charged through my wallet but didn’t receive my tickets. So i made a complaint on your feedback email and did not get any kind of response on that as well. I have yet not received my money back.
