[Resolved] Cinepolis India — payment deducted but ticket not done

For my issue i am asked to provide some details but they have not provided the full email id for the same. I also searched there email id in their official website but couldn't find. The provided contact number is also not working. Please ask them to provide their exact eamil id and working contact numbers in "contact us" tab.
For the reference i have attached the screenshot of their reply where email id is hidden.

Thank you for reaching out to us and we'll help you with the redemption process. You can redeem the Club Cinépolis points through our website/app and at the Box Office. While booking tickets via the website, you'll find Club Cinépolis option on the payment page. Click on the Club Cinépolis box and then proceed with the details to redeem your points. However, if you wish to redeem the points at the Box Office, you have to inform about your registered contact number to the Box Office executive and after a few verification process the points can be redeemed.
