[Resolved]  Cinepolis India — Payment done but ticket processing failed

I've booked two tickets for fast and furious 8 at fun republic mall coimbatore. The payment was dont through the cinepolis website and after the process the website prompted that the ticket booking process failed after payment.. I did not receive any mails or messages from cinepolis.

It would be better if the money was refunded..

2 times I had booked 3 tickets for bahubali2 tamil movie tickets .I didn't get any message and mail .money had been debited my credit card account.
