[Resolved] Cinepolis India — Payment from card deducted but not given a confirmed booking for ticket

I booked two tickets at Cinepolis Lucknow (through cinepolis website) for a movie show of 10 pm of date[protected] in VIP class for the movie MUKTI BHAWAN, by my card. A transaction was made for 934.36 for the same and SBI card informed me by sms about money deduction. After that, a message flashed that due to server problem, your ticket could not be booked but money has been deducted.
I therefore wish that money deducted may be reverted to my card.
