[Resolved] Cinepolis India — points aren't added up | |||
I bought 3 tickets of jurrasic world on 14 june 2018 morning show 11:35am i guess, bill amount is to be 390 or something i don’t know exactly the movie was in 2d format in hindi language in fun cinema pitampura. I told at the counter that add points in my account. She wrote the number and didn’t add any points again when my movie was over i again visted the counter told them to add they again wrote my number and didn’t add points. I am highly disappointed with such careless behaviour. Please provide me resolution as soon as possible. Was this information helpful? | |||
