[Resolved] Cinepolis India — points not updated after following for one month. | |||||
Hi, This is Noor from Lucknow. Last month i visited cinepolis(halwasia) and i bought some tickets from there also i redeemed my 100 points there and informed the guy to update my points as well. But after 2-3 days its not updated in my account so i sent an email and complaint that the points not updated. I didn't get any reply from there then again i sent so many emails on the customer support but no positive response got from there side. very poor and worst service from there end. Its been a month and i am still following for this. Never seen such bad service. If its possible to update my points very good otherwise leave it. I know you people cant do...Shamefull.
