[Resolved] Cinepolis India — refund amount not received after being initiated | |||
I mukesh kumar gupta was overly charged for ticket price of rs. 1, 245 on date 10 july 2018, tuesday for movie sanju for 12pm show on screen 1 at cinepolis unity one rohini, delhi. Money was deducted from my account & i was not allotted any seats for the same. I already requested for refund a couple of days also but haven’t received any penny for the same. I am really disappointed with this careless behaviour of cinepolis & did not expected this from such highly reputed cinema hall like cinepolis. I too contacted akshay executive member of rohini branch on the same day face to face regarding this issue & he assured me that i would receive the refund within 3 working days but i have not received any refund yet. And also i have revived a message from cinepolis saying that my refund has been initiated and the amount will be returned to me within 9 working days but as of now not a single penny have been received by me from cinepolis. I humbly request again to revert my amount of rupees 1, 245 as soon as poosible. Payment was made using debit card ending (Protected) for rs.1245 in noida at cinepolis1121384 on[protected] 09:37:16. I booked 4 tickets 19/8/2018 Amount 960 in cinepolis app but Payment deduct in my account but ticket not booked ... I send mail at Supportcinepolis mail id but not return my money my mobile no is [protected] Suresh kumar is my cinepolis id ...plss return my money in my account my Mail id is [protected]@gmail.com
