[Resolved] Cinepolis India — refund for bad transaction | |||
Hi, I made a payment of 2400 for 6 tickets on 31st oct for movie thor at cinepolis westend mall, pune using your app. The payment was made using upi. However, the money was deducted from my linked bank account and my phonepe app also showed transaction successful. However, the tickets were not booked. I am attaching screenshot of transaction details from my bank and phonepe app. Please refund the 2400 asap. Was this information helpful? | |||
