[Resolved] Cinepolis India — refund my money as ticket confirmation did not come | |
I booked 1 ticket using the Cinepolis App from my phone, for movie Badhai Ho, 8 Nov 2018, 10:50 show, Cinepolis, Acropolis Mall, Kolkata. I Paid Rs 225/- (Rs 210/- for ticket + Rs 15/- as convenience fees) from my SBI debit card. The amount got deducted from my account and I have the sms from SBI also. SMS FROM SBI: Thank you for using your SBI Debit Card 559XX5925 for a purchase worth Rs225.0 on POS 81800006 at CCAMOTO txn#[protected].If not done by you, forward this SMS from mobile number registered with SBI to [protected] to block your card. You may also call[protected]. I did not get the ticket confirmation mail nor any sms from Cinepolis. This is a terrible experience. Earlier also I had problem with this App. This App should be removed by Cinepolis. PLEASE REFUND MY MONEY ASAP. Was this information helpful? | |
