[Resolved] Cinepolis India — refund not imitated and no response for mails. | |||
I the month of april i had booked 2 tickets for a movie show through cinepolis app. But do to some reason, the amount of rs 400 was deducted from my account but the movie ticket was not booked. So again i had to book the movie tickets. Later when i approached the theater and asked they told the refund would be initiated in 3 weeks. So now its been over a month and there is no sign of it.
