You have paid rs. 600.00 to aip*cinepolis india pr mumbai ind via your card ending with 4339. Your wallet balance is rs. 2126.21 and transaction id is [protected]. Tranascation was done on 20th oct 2017 but no tickets were generated. Again we did the next transaction and got the tickets. It has been 1 and half month now, and we are yet to receive our failed transaction amount of rs. 600/- back. Since that time we are doing follow up with cinepolis from last 1 mnth. Regarding this.
