[Resolved] Cinepolis India — Regarding refund for the show on 12-april

Please note that the movie 'Take Off' @ 7:30 PM on 12th April was cancelled due to the poor quality of the movie print and we were guaranteed a complete refund of the amount. Since I had booked the ticket online, it was told that the amount would be credited to my account within 7 days. However, this has not happened yet.

Hence requesting your help to get this resolved at the earliest.
