[Resolved]  Cinepolis India — reversal of payment

I tried booking tickets on nov 18th 2018 @ 11 am, through cinepolis website, i chose paytm as the gateway and it successfully completed the transaction, however the ticket details never came up and got a message saying "unsuccessful", for which i first contacted the paytm support, they informed the transaction was successfully travsferred to cinepolis india and i have the screenshot of the same.

I then tried searching online for cinepolis helpline number, cant believe there is no csr care for cinepolis india!! A firm of this magnitude with no customer care im baffled! So somehow tried pinging them on fb messenger and there has been no further updates response or updates, not sure how to go about it further!

If I contacted to manger and he informed to complaint the same to Cinepolis management
Kindly rectify the issue the same otherwise will take complaint or consumer court
