[Resolved] Cinepolis India — they have charged me double | |
Hi, I went to Cinepolis on 2nd july for Movie "SANJU" at 2:00pm and i have ordered Food for value "455" for that ordered. Firstly, I have paid through PAYTM but they said they didn't received money through PAYTM so i have to pay cash for that order and i have paid them cash ...I have attached cash receipt screen shot as well. But today i have checked my PAYTM and that 455 has been deducted already that day from my account so they have charged me double for that Food value ...i have attached PAYTM receipt so please check my request and refund my money which has been deducted from my PAYTM asap. I will wait till tomorrow if my money will not be refunded i will go for consumer court for this fraud. Waiting for your reply. Cinepolis manager Mr. prateek n their staff told us that there is no avalability of seats istead of opening of seats before ten minutes prior to movie timings but they told us that the seats are booked before that time i want reply to this and strict action against your staff

My booking ID was WLCDLQK which included 2 VIP seatswhere one of the seat recliner system was not working.
Ot was worst experience for me, i demand a refund for this.
