Cinepolis India — ticket booking failed but money got deducted. | |||||
I tried booking tickets for the film ‘Theevandi’ at ‘Fun Cinemas, Sigma Central Mall, Bangalore’ at 6pm using Cinepolis India website (www.cinepolisindia.com) on September 10 2018. I tried paying through Paytm. The transaction failed after deducting the money from Paytm which amounted ₹620. The screenshot of the above transaction is also included. Paytm has requested to give a confirmation from Cinepolis to initiate the refund process. Was this information helpful? | |||||

Whenever i try to redeem, i login my account and press on redeem points but it doesnt take you to any webpage for redemption.

This is disappointing that we are booking tickets after coming earlier to the halls to get better seats but the hall premises guards are not let us entering us ...before 20 mins inside just to sit .
