[Resolved] Cinepolis India — ticket not booked | |||||
Dear sir, I tried to book two tickets for 11:35 am show for the movie andhadun on cinepolis website. The payment was made and card was rs 450 was deducted from the credit card. The server showed 'error, network connectivity problem'. I received no booking confirmation from the message either via email or message. I want cinepolis india to refund the amount paid by me.
