[Resolved] Cinepolis India — tickets booking failed but money debited from my bank account | |||
I've booked three tickets through cinepolis app on[protected] for a telugu movie sammohanam, for 07:25pm show on the same day at cinepolis mantra mall. I haven't recevied any confirmation tickets through mail or sms, also i've checked my cinepolis app. But rupees 450/- (Four hundred and fifty) has been debited from my bank account as i made pay through net-banking. I've raised complaint thrice on cinepolis app, but there was no response. Kindly look into this matter and resolve it make sure i'll get refund. I have attached screenshot of transaction.
