I have booked tickets from the online, but i haven't receive any email or sms from you

As tickets booking was failed i have been trying to reach cinepolis but they have very ridiculous and disgusting customer service.

Its been 15 days am in contact with them no proper response i received nor i received any refund for the money deduction
