[Resolved] Cinepolis India — Tickets not confirmed and money deducted

I have booked tickets using cinepolis app on my android mobile and I paid through net banking, my money was deducted but I didn't get any booking confirmation, I didn't any information regarding refund of money plz solve this and I got this message after payment
