[Resolved] Cinepolis India — transaction failed but amount charged | |||
Hi, I am mukesh sah ([protected]). I booked 2 tickets for satya mev jayate using cinepolisindia.com for cinepolis central mall, guwahati, for 6:00pm show for date 13 aug 2018 using bank of baroda debit card After selecting seats and entering my debit card details, cinepolisindia website displayed some message like 'processing...' and after some time, it displayed, 'oops, an error occurred'. But an amount of rs 490.00 was debited from my account. This transaction was done at around 2:05pm on 13th aug 2018. I waited for around 20-25 minutes, but i didn't receive any sms or e-mail from cinepolisindia for confirmation of tickets but i did receive sms from citibank for deduction of money Was this information helpful? | |||
