[Resolved]  Cinepolis India — transaction failed money not refunded

I tried to book robo 2.0 movie in cinepolis website for cinepolis kukatpally hyderabad. 700 rs has been deducted from my paytm account but no confirmation in email or on phone number and transaction stopped with blank page. I have contacted both cinepolis and paytm but no use.
Cinepolis registered compliant:

Cinepolis not responded after initial automatic ticket creation, paytm responded that they are not responsible for this type of issues.

Then who is responsible, why they are in between as medium, cinepolis not even responded. It has been 20 days and there is no refund
