I used the desktop website of cinepolis to book tickets at cinepolis royal meenakshi mall, bengaluru. The film is jagga jasoos and the show is 5.30pm The date is today, 19th of july, 2017 I paid through paytm an amount of rs. 660 The wallet txn id: [protected] was confirmed by paytm However, my m-tickets are not generated. I was trying to book movie tickets through your website today, the payment has gone through because I have been charged on my card however, the booking wasn't successful. Please look into the matter asap.
PS I was trying to book tickets for Jagga Jasoos for three people for Fun Cinemas in Lucknow.
